Italy’s leasing association Assilea and Confindustria, the
Italian employers’ confederation, have signed a cooperation
agreement.
The two organisations said in a joint statement that the new
partnership “strengthens the opportunities for synergies, giving
Assilea greater chances for participation in Confindustria’s
activities and promoting cooperation between leasing companies and
all members of the federation.”

The cooperation follows a “testing period” which began in 2006
and is expected to make Assilea a key partner for
Confindustria, a member of the International Organisation of
Employers (IOE), the statement said.
