3 Step IT has acquired Nevtor Oy, a growing IT services company specializing in IT outsourcing and development services, as part of its plans to expand in Finland.
A statement from 3 Step IT said Nevtor’s revenue in 2014 as 4,3m, with its own revenue in 2014 being 503m, its best ever result.

Jarkko Veijalainen, 3 Step IT chairman said: "We are planning to extend our services offerings in Finland, and Nevtor was the perfect opportunity for us to expand our value chain."

Following the acquisition, 3 Step IT employs 290 people.
