Job Description: J2611 – Our client is seeking a Operational Risk Executive to provide monthly MI and trend analysis senior management to assist with the continuous improvement programmes. You will ideally have operational risk experience within Asset Finance / Leasing. Salary: c£40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide monthly MI and trend analysis senior management to assist with the continuous improvement of the division.
You will report and co-ordinate open audit actions, providing oversight to completion.
In addition this role will be required to support administration of several operational controls:
Operational Resilience processes including co-ordination of the Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Assessment and annual review.
Broker on-boarding oversight & review process.
Maintenance and co-ordination of Operating procedure library & review process.

Thorough with a good eye for detail.
Experience working in an Operational Risk function within a 3 line model of defence.
Experience in the Asset Finance industry.
Good communication skills with experience of senior stakeholder management.
Able to work at a fast pace in a pressured environment.
Self-motivated team player.
Experience working with risk management system would be beneficial.
Experience of producing management reports advantageous.
Knowledge of the Alfa system beneficial.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
