Job Description : J2490 – Our client, an entrepreneurial, fast growing plc is seeking a Relationship Manager operating in the direct asset finance sector financing a broad range of mostly hard assets (transportation, construction, industrial, materials handling etc). They are now looking to expand their geographical coverage and have a staggered growth strategy planned over the coming 12 months. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Eng (Flexible Location, but M4 Corridor, London & SE, E Ang, S Eng or NW Eng preferred).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive the development of hard asset leasing in its target market sector, enhancing awareness and understanding of the services and products our client can provide.
Identify and deliver new business opportunities in the hard asset market, through direct channels.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of the hard asset finance product range; clearly articulate the product suite and identify where and how these products deliver an appropriate solution to meet customer requirements.
Delivery of volume, margin and service income by way of the provision of timely and innovative business solutions through a range of financing products.
Provide product and lending solutions that meet client needs, delivering maximum income for for client and satisfy risk quality parameters and standards.
Drive new business development from an assigned, geographically based territory.
Work collaboratively, effectively, efficiently and accurately within the prescribed sales process in order to ensure a seamless delivery to customers.

Proven excellent track record in B2B asset finance sales.
Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to complete clear, balanced credit reports.
Professional sales approach, comfortable to develop and maintain board level relationships.
Highly driven, with the ability to both originate new business and manage existing accounts productively and professionally.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
