Our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive – UK SE Eng / Thames Valley (ref: J2023) to join their Flow Operations team. You will process pricing and commission calculation requests, raise finance documentation and provide full sales support as required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Process pricing and commission calculation requests from introducers utilising internal pricing calculation tools.
Raise documentation for introducers in relation to future payout requests.
Manage the pipeline process.
Ensure introducers are contacted within appropriate timescales to ascertain expected payout dates and provide relevant support to facilitate conversions where required.
Partner with Business Development Managers to on-board new introducers, ensuring that all documentation is completed as per compliance requirements and the internal system is updated.
Maintain relationships with Introducers through visits alongside the relevant Business Development Manager and manage specific ‘in house’ introducer relationships.
Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external MI reports relating to the business portfolio, end user limits and monthly pricing.
