Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Leasing Manager, Medical Captive Finance – Spain Madrid (ref: J2019) to promote financial products, solutions and programs to customers in order to increase finance penetration and volumes as well as facilitating and increasing the sale of medical equipment across Spain and Italy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Educate and coach product sales representatives on the use of financial products.
Assist in the development and implementation of the country business plan financial solutions.
Serve as the financing subject matter expert in complex transactions.
Close the financial portions of designated transactions.
Partner with product sales management to improve finance product penetration.
Develop market intelligence on product and transactional opportunities.
Pursue new business opportunities, new financing opportunities, etc.
To hit origination targets while improving division profitability.
Reducing finance discounts while increasing originations volumes.
Leveraging buyout and refresh opportunities.
Implementing best sales practices in the region.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, MBA preferred.
Significant experience in equipment leasing.
Experience in Medical Captive preferred.
Credit analysis experience.
Completion of a bank training program preferred.
Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operating requirements and transaction structures applicable to capital equipment financing.
Successful track record of building relationships at the highest levels within Customers’ Organizations.
Spanish and English languages are a pre-requisite. In addition, Italian would be distinctly advantageous.
