Phillips said the decision to make his role
permanent was about seeing his work through to the end.

He said: “I’ve been really privileged to have
been working with the fleet teams over the past 18 months and I’m
looking forward to continuing the good work we have started.”

Phillips said VWGL hope to increase their
standing in the Fleet News top 50 from seventh to top three status
through significant portfolio growth by nearly doubling their fleet
of 47,700, while increasing customer satisfaction.

He said: “My biggest priority is managing this
significant growth whilst ensuring every customer would be happy to
promote our service to others.”
