BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has appointed Xavier Viollet as deputy managing director and promoted Joseph Pulicano to director of its Technology Solutions business line.
Pulicano joined BNP Paribas Technology Solutions as deputy manager in 2009, following time at IT service provider Logica and at consultancy HCL Axon. In 2010 he was appointed head of BNP Paribas Rental Solutions Technology.

He has replaced Tristan Watkins, who has become managing director of Leasing Solutions UK.
Viollet first joined BNP Paribas in 1988, where he held a number of roles, until 2007, when he joined Arval as chief financial officer.
As a member of the Leasing Solutions executive committee, he will now supervise corporate financial management and the Service Factory Division and the Project Management Office teams.
