Fleet management and leasing company Tusker
has been appointed sole supplier of contract hire services to MAN
Truck and Bus.
The UK subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus AG,
part of the Munich-based MAN SE Group, a provider of commercial
vehicles, has appointed Hertfordshire-based Tusker to manage its
fleet of nearly 400 cars and vans.

MAN reviewed its previous fleet providers
against others in the market place last year looking at the areas
of service, administration and cost. Following the review a sole
supply contract was awarded to Tusker.
Tusker will manage the run-out of the legacy
fleet of the previous suppliers and will be responsible for
replacing the vehicles.
Neil Scott, Tusker senior account manager,
said the company is delighted to have been awarded the sole supply
contract to fund and manage MAN’s entire UK fleet.
