Finance software provider Trintech has appointed Darren Heffernan as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Heffernan joined the Dallas-based company in 2001 as global financial planning and analysis manager, before becoming vice president of global operations, then vice president of global client services, and creating Trintech’s software-as-a-service division in 2004.
