Hitachi Capital Business Finance has named Andy Taylor to the newly created role of head of broker sales, with immediate effect.
In this role, Taylor will be in charge of a seven-person team, and be responsible for the entire sales channel of commercial and farm brokers.

He has been at Hitachi Capital since February 2013, when he joined as sales manager of the commercial broker team, and has previous experience at NWS Bank, GE Capital and ING Lease UK.
Robert Gordon, chief operating officer of Hitachi Capital UK, said: "Andy’s appointment further bolsters our strategy to provide a clear alignment to our routes to market within our sales team."
