Praetura Asset Finance have appointed Daryl Johnson to technical and development director and its former operations manager, Samantha Anderson, has been promoted to head of operations.
Praetura said the appointments came as a part of its growth plan.

Earlier this month, the lender received a pledge of £10m from RM Secured Direct Lending as a credit line investment into its loan book.
Mike Hartley, managing director at Praetura Asset Finance said: “We are in a fortunate position to have built a team at Praetura with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Being able to specifically draw on Daryl’s strategic and technical skills is intrinsic to progressing our business’s development and growth.
“Consequently, Samantha will be taking on more responsibility within the operational side of the business, which her new role reflects”.
