VR Leasing
Germany’s VR Leasing has appointed Theophil Graband as its new
CEO.
Graband will replace the current CEO, Reinhard Goedel, who is
leaving for personal reasons at the end of 2010, but will remain
adviser of the bank for another two years. Goedel has recently also
left his position as president of the German leasing
association.
Graband currently is the CEO of TeamBank, a DZ Bank subsidiary.
Goedel has been with VR Leasing for 17 years.
VR Leasing chairman Hans-Theo Macke said Goedel worked “with great
dedication”, turning the lessor into one of “Europe’s most
successful leasing providers”.
Macke added that Graband will be an ideal successor, whose
extensive expertise in leasing and asset finance include an MD role
with BMW Bank.
