The Leasing Foundation has expanded its board of directors by making five new board appointments.

– Jonathan Andrew, chief executive of the commercial finance division of Siemens Financial Services. Jonathan has also agreed to act as Foundation Patron, joining Chris Sullivan, former Deputy CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland.

– Marie-Christine Ducholet, chief executive officer of Société Générale Equipment Finance and member of the Société Générale Group management committee.

– Rich Green, president of CIT International Finance encompassing CIT’s leasing and lending businesses in Europe and China. Rich will act as chair of the Foundation’s fellowship.

– Mary McNamara, former chief executive officer of Close Brothers commercial division who was responsible for asset, invoice and leasing businesses with 550 employees across 16 locations. Prior to that, she spent 18 years with GE in various leadership roles in UK and Europe.
