A management restructure at the Lloyds Banking
Group has seen Antonio Lorenzo head up the corporation’s Asset
Finance division in the UK.

As part of the senior reshuffle by group chief
executive António Horta-Osório, Lorenzo will continue to sit on the
Lloyds executive board as group executive committee member for
Group Strategy and the Wealth & International division.

Management of Asset Finance, which includes
Lex Autolease and Black Horse Motor Finance, will replace Lorenzo’s
previously held responsibility for group marketing which transfers
to Alison Brittain.

Brittain will now lead the divisions of
Halifax Community Bank, Retail Products and Marketing.

In his capacity as head of Asset Finance,
Lorenzo will report on an interim basis to Andrew Géczy, managing
director of Wholesale Banking and Markets. Géczy is standing in for
Truett Tate, group executive director for Wholesale, who announced
his retirement.

Horta-Osório, said the changes to the group’s
senior management team were designed to ensure Lloyds has the right
organisational structure to deliver on its strategic aims. He also
thanked Tate for his eight years with Lloyds Banking Group.
