UK lessor Lombard has appointed Lee Simms as head of Agriculture.
Simms will head a team of 17 relationship managers focusing on the agriculture space, and will be responsible for developing Lombard’s finance offering to the farming industry and making the firm the "agriculture funder of choice."

Simms has worked at Lombard for 10 years and will bring experience in both sales and strategy functions to the role.
Simms described his new position as a "dream job" and said his sector experience has given him a good understanding of what Lombard needs to do to meet customer’s requirements.
Simms will report to David Toole, Business & Commercial sales director in Scotland.
