Asset finance consultancy firm Invigors EMEA is to run a one-day course on asset and lifecycle management which it says will help lessors to differentiate themselves in the market and improve non-interest income.

The course will be held on 26 November at The Ritz hotel in London and will be run by Ian Robertson who recently joined Invigors as principal of its asset management and lifecycle advisory practice.

Invigors said it is running the course because asset management and lifecycle management are "two vital areas" which are set to "help drive significant innovation, and service and product differentiation in the leasing industry."

The course is designed to benefit personnel from across the leasing industry, including those already in asset management, but is particularly aimed at those in sales, marketing, risk, operations and IT roles.

Topics on the day will include valuations, risk management, the role of data, mid-term and end of lease management, the different kinds of lifecycle management and asset management, and the potential of emerging technology.

Robertson said: "With asset finance companies under pressure to generate improved rates of return, growing revenue from non-interest income is an increasing necessity in a capital constrained world.
