HP Financial Services (HP FS) has signed an
agreement with marketing and communications company Omnicom.
HP FS will now provide IT leasing services to
Omnicom brands globally in a deal valued at up to $25m (€20m) a
year.

Omnicom brands will be able to acquire
equipment directly from HP or through local resellers. Under the
new agreement, Omnicom offices can also have the charges integrated
into a consolidated statement from HP FS under lease terms
established in a global master agreement. The agreement extends HP
FS’ coverage to more than 40 countries worldwide.
