Kevin Tonge has ended a short stint at Aldermore Asset Finance to head up a three-man compliance team at Hitachi Capital Business Finance as the firm looks to expand in the UK broker market.

Tonge has been appointed compliance & support manager with responsibility for advising on "technical and documentation matters" and "keeping compliance requirements as easy to fulfil as possible."

Tonge spent 13 years at ING Lease in operations and support roles before joining Aldermore in January this year. In his new position will report to Hitachi’s head of risk, Gavin Wraith-Carter.
