Paul Frechette has returned to US leasing consultancy The Alta Group as director of client relations and consulting from Bank of the West Equipment Finance.
Frechette will be advising captives, vendor leasing companies and other finance businesses on how to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning.

Frechette has worked at The Alta Group in the past as he was appointed managing director in 2011
Prior to joining Alta, he was a business unit manager with Bank of the West’s equipment finance division, with responsibilities including managing the healthcare and technology business units. Previously he was executive vice president at EverBank Commercial Finance (formerly Tygris Commercial Finance).
Frechette is an active member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA). He chaired its vendor programs business council steering committee and is a former treasurer and vice chairman of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation.
