François-Xavier Castille has been appointed
general manager of Arval France, the largest subsidiary of fleet
lessor Arval.

His third general manager position with the
BNP Paribas-owned company, Castille will report directly to Arval

Castille held various posts at Barclays
bank and Maaf Assurances before he joined Arval France’s sales
division in 2000 as territory manager. In 2002, he took charge of
Dexia full-service leasing, before becoming general manager of
Arval Portugal in 2004. In June 2007, Castille was appointed
general manager of Arval Spain.

The 44-year-old is a graduate of the
Institut Supérieur de Gestion business school in
Paris.

Arval recently appointed Liam Donnelly as head of its International
Business Office (IBO).
