De Lage Landen International has made a number
of senior appointments within its global vendor finance team.

The lessor has promoted William Stephenson to
chairman, global vendor finance, reporting to chief executive
Ronald Slaats. Stephenson has more than 25 years’ experience in
vendor finance and has held senior positions within DLL since
1987.

Most recently, he served as chief financial
officer, global vendor finance. He continues in his capacity as a
member of the lessor’s executive board.

Three other high-profile appointments have
also been made at DLL’s global vendor finance business.

Amy Nelson is the new chief financial officer,
while Carlo van Kemenade has been made chief commercial officer and
Timothy MacCarrick is chief operating officer. All three will
report to Stephenson.

Nelson and MacCarrick will be based in Wayne, Pennsylvania,
while van Kemenade will be working from Eindhoven.

In her new role, Nelson will be responsible for financial
reporting, strategic planning, financial analysis and control
across the company’s vendor finance business.

Van Kemenade will be responsible for the
activities of DLL’s vendor finance global business units and
MacCarrick will be responsible for responsible for all operations,
service delivery, sales management and customer service.

Nelson also serves on the board of directors
at Philips Medical Capital, a joint venture between DLL and Philips
Medical Systems North America.
