CSI is merging the two companies into a new Oslo-based entity and all employees will join CSI from the acquired entities. Kenneth Mitsem and David Rognstad will jointly manage the day-to-day operations of what is expected to be the Norway subsidiary of CSI Leasing when it is officially launched.

Javier Heredia, senior managing director of Europe for CSI Leasing, said: “We are thrilled to welcome our new Norwegian colleagues to the CSI team. Not only will these acquisitions increase CSI’s business in Norway, but we hope to leverage our local presence to further expand into the rest of the Nordic region, including Sweden, Finland and Denmark.”

Co-founded and owned by Mitsem and Rognstad, Leasepartner AS has been in the Nordic leasing market since 2006. With core values that include accountability, cooperation and innovation, their main focus has been to provide tailor-made solutions based on customer needs.

In addition to Leasepartner AS, Mitsem was head of enterprise sales for Telia Finance Norway, country manager for Kaupthing Finans NUF and senior sales officer for IT Finans AS.
