Jackie Cooke has been appointed to the role of managing director of Close Brothers Asset Finance’s Scotland office.
The exiting managing director, Colin Swanston, has taken on the role of sales director as part of the company’s succession planning.

Cooke has worked for Close Brothers Asset Finance for 26 years and has filled a number of key roles during that time, including collections, telesales and operations.
In August 2016, Cooke was promoted to assistant managing director, which the lender said was part of its policy of favouring internal promotions.
