Cormac Costelloe and Colin Keaney have joined
Dell Financial Services (DFS) to set up a wholly owned captive
finance company.
Costelloe joins as general manager of DFS EMEA
and Keaney joins as chief financial officer of DFS EMEA.

Both were previously with CIT Vendor Finance
and departed the firm in January 2011. They joined DFS after the
firm announced its intent to acquire CIT Vendor Finance’s
Dell-related assets and sales and services functions in Europe in
April. CIT Vendor Finance was a Dell financing partner operating on
behalf of DFS in more than 25 countries and continues to support
Dell for the transition period in Europe.
At CIT, Costelloe was managing director of
vendor finance in Europe and Keaney was CFO for vendor finance in
Europe.
Keaney now reports to Costelloe, while
Costelloe reports to DFS President Don Berman.
