International asset consultants Charterfields
have appointed two new valuers to their Manchester team.
Declan Kilbride joins the firm from Edward
Symmons with over 20 years experience of valuations and specialises
in valuations of plant, machinery and inventory for asset-based
lenders.

He has carried out valuation projects
internationally in Thailand, the Philippines and Uganda, and has
also acted as an expert witness in a landmark case on compensation
values.
Matthew Corcoran, a graduate who previously
was at JPS Surveyors, also joins the Manchester office as a plant
and machinery surveyor.
Charterfields’ director Ian Maycock, who set
up the Manchester office in 2007, said: “We have seen year on year
growth in our Manchester office over the past four years and we
felt the time was right to develop it further.
The arrival of Declan and Matthew will allow us to expand our
client base in the ABL sector.”
