Previously, Gerrard had been
interim chief executive and project director at Grant Thornton

helping the restructure of a Central European bank-owned
asset-leasing group following work with the Royal Bank of Scotland,
Lombard Vehicle Management and Lex Vehicle Leasing among
others.

Furthermore, Peter Landers has been appointed
as a director alongside Roelofs and Gerrard specialising in the
provision of financial and strategic advisory services in UK
consumer finance.

The company commented that all three
appointments reflected the commitment Grant Thornton was making to
build its European advisory practice and the experience of its
London-based team.
