BNP Paribas Lease Group has changed its brand
name to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. 
The change
reflects the French lessor’s extension of its business model to
include new activities alongside funding.
“By offering added-value services during the
whole life cycle of the equipment, as well as solutions designed to
meet customers’ professional needs, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions
helps them to grow and to succeed in their projects,” the company
said.

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions will focus
on providing combined solutions such as a wholesale and retail
offering for equipment manufacturers, encompassing financing
solutions for dealers and end-users; a pay-per-use offering,
dedicated to the office equipment market; and a leasing solution
for IT assets called LeasePark Corporate.
Earlier this month, the lessor announced changes at the top: Didier
Chappet became chief executive, and Philippe Bismut will be chief
executive of Arval from January 2011.
