CNH Industrial Capital Europe, a joint venture between BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions and CNH Industrial, will extend its leasing financing offering beyond the CNH agricultural and construction sectors into the commercial vehicle and truck sector for the first time.
The new agreement, which has been approved by the French regulator ACPR, will see the joint venture offering finance and leasing to Iveco truck customers across, Italy, Germany, France, the UK and other European markets.

Before this announcement CNH Industrial Capital Europe had financed a total of 1.7bn of deals in the agricultural and Construction equipment segment since 1997.
The agreement now makes the joint venture the finance provider across all of the CNH brands, and will allow the venture to add to its 40,000 existing customers.
CNH Industrial Capital Europe will use the CNH Industrial Capital and Iveco Capital brands for dealer and customer-oriented financing activities in the future.
