Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed a Yorkshire-based business development manager, intended to create business opportunities and support SMEs in the region.

Lauren Maloney joins BFS with 11 years experience in the financial services sector. Most recently, Maloney worked as a business development manager for Pay4, and has also held roles as a relationship manager at Santander and within the RBS Group.

Maloney will be based at BFS’s Yorkshire office in Bradford alongside 30 other employees, joining a team of four business development managers.

In her new role, Maloney will primarily focus on securing new business opportunities for BFS, with a particular focus on Sheffield and Doncaster.

Maloney said: “BFS has an excellent local support network in South Yorkshire, from small businesses to brokers.

“I’m excited to join a dynamic team of experienced individuals and play a pivotal part in supporting SMEs with tailored funding packages for growth.”
