Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Mike Fairey as non-executive director, with effect from 4 May 2017.
Fairey has spent over 50 years in financial services, and held a variety of roles, including ten years as deputy group chief executive of the then Lloyds TSB Group until 2008.
He has also worked at Visa Europe, Legal & General, and Northern Rock during its restructure, and is currently chair of Hastings Group Holdings and non-executive director at MGM Advantage and Energy Savings Trust.
