Assetz Capital has appointed five new relationship directors since the beginning of November as it approaches a £1bn lending milestone.
Lee Francis joins the London and South East team with 20 years’ experience in the corporate banking sector having held senior positions as relationship manager at Santander and Clydesdale Bank.

Paul King joins the team in the Midlands with 35 years’ experience in the finance and property sector. He has previously held senior positions at RBS and JLL Debt Advisory.
Tony Kear joins with 35 years’ experience in banking, previously holding senior positions at RBS and Barclays as regional head of healthcare and most recently corporate banking manager at Handelsbanken.
Lucie Martin will serve businesses across Scotland. She has previously held positions in firms in Australia like National Australia Bank, BNP Paribas and Westpac.
Jon Pike joins with 36 years’ experience in banking and was most recently the lead for healthcare in the west at Santander. He will be based in Exeter focusing on developing the business in the South West and on a wider stage as a member of the national care home team.
