Asset Alliance has appointed Paul Wright in the newly-created role of senior business development manager.
Wright joins the commercial vehicle finance funder from T.O.M Vehicle Rental where he served as business development director.

He also worked at Ryder, where he held the positions of business development director and national accounts director, and TIP Rental, Transamerica Trailer Leasing, and Hill Hire.
In this role, Wright will be tasked with growing the Flexi-Hire rental division, Asset Alliance’s service for flexible medium to long-term commercial vehicle rental.
Flexi-Hire was started with a £20m (€23.3m) initial investment by Asset Alliance, to create a mixed fleet of over 300 vehicles.
Wright said: “The leadership team identified an opportunity to distinguish ourselves in a market which has seen increasing consolidation, and that’s where my new role comes in.”
