UK bank Aldermore has continued to grow its senior management team with three further appointments, a month after three other senior hires at the company.
Carey Hansford has joined Aldermore’s structured finance team as business development manager following 20 years at GE, where she was most recently a funding manager in the equipment finance department.

Eamonn Pearson has become Aldermore’s head of internal sales, having joined from banking group Close Brothers where he was regional director.
Mandy Woodford rounds off the appointments, following her promotion from internal account manager, a role she held for three years, to business development manager in the materials handling team.
Carl D’Ammassa, managing director of assest finance at Aldermore, said: "Despite recent improvements in the economy, SMEs are still having difficulty in obtaining financing."
"These appointments continue to signal our intent to the marketplace that we will significantly increase our funding to SMEs across the UK."
