Keith Sangwin has been recruited by Aldermore Asset Finance to become its new director of sales.
He will be reporting to George Ashworth, Aldermore’s managing director of asset finance, with whom he previously worked at Barclays Asset Finance.

Sangwin has over 30 years experience in asset finance, including 13 years at Barclays Asset Finance followed by two and a half years at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, from which he joined Aldermore.
He said: "I am thrilled to have joined Aldermore Asset Finance at such an exciting time in the Bank’s development. The team at Aldermore has achieved a great deal in such a short time and its asset finance business continues to go from strength-to-strength."
The appointment comes at a time when Aldermore Asset Finance has declared its intention to fill the gap left by ING Leasing and grow to write over £1bn in new business in 2014.
