Adrian Porter, head of partnerships at ALD, said: “We are pleased to be supporting Mazda in the diversification of its mobility offering for its customers, and look forward to helping them grow their business in the coming years as a valuable partner.”

Geraldine Brouwers, managing director at Mazda Motor Netherlands, added: “ALD Automotive has a lot of experience as a captive partner for importers and dealer networks. They are a highly professional partner and offer customized solutions for our dealers.

“During our preliminary meetings we discovered our organizations have quite similar values and we encountered many similarities in culture and ambitions. We are confident our cooperation will be a success.”

The agreement builds on Mazda and ALD’s existing partnership in Spain and Italy, where they jointly provide full-service leasing.
