Polish technology firm Argus has announced that it will be
expanding its leasing offering to include all of its hardware.

“Leasing acts as a stabiliser for our results and allows us to
work out higher margins,” explained Wojciech Kruszynski, the
company’s president, who added that the firm has been seeing an
upturn in sales.

“Our key area is distribution of printers and photocopiers, but
we also want to engage the telematics and telecommunications
sectors,” he added.

Argus will actively be looking to expand in 2010, Kruszynski
added. Indeed, the firm is already negotiating with 10 other
companies, and Kruszynski hopes to finalise three takeovers by
November.

At the end of June, the firm had ZL35 million (€8.4 million) of
cash at its disposal, ready to expand the business.
