New lease brokerage North West Finance has been awarded a year’s
free occupancy at premises held by St Helens Chamber of Commerce
(SHCC), after winning the Chamber’s Enterprise Greenhouse
competition.
NWF founder Morgan Whiteside founded his business in late 2009,
and says he is thinking of taking on his first additional staff
members as a result of the opportunity provided by the move.

SHCC’s Enterprise Greenhouse initiative provides new businesses
with a chance to grow in low-cost premises, and is funded by the
Local Enterprise Growth Initiative.
Supported by St.Helens Council, it offers 31 fully-equipped
business units capable of accommodating between one and four
people, with generous rent subsidies available for the first 18
months of coccupancy.
