Italy’s Banca Agrileasing subsidiary Nolè, a rental company, is
to become a new asset finance company.

As part of the company’s evolution, Nolè’s name has just been
changed to BCCLease, the Italian lessor said.

The new name will reflect both the company’s new nature and its
ownership by Banche di Credito Cooperativo (BCC), the Italian
cooperative banking group which owns Banca Agrileasing.

In the next few months, BCCLease will start to develop a new
vendor finance programme, the company has added.

BCCLease will continue to offer renting options, alongside
leasing. It will focus on small-ticket business.
