Andrew Bullard, the well-liked figure who for some time has been
the face of State Securities, has stepped down from his position of
sales director at the subprime specialist asset finance lender
after 12 years.

This follows the departure of its former director, Simon Mills,
in March after more than two decades at State Securities, part of
the Rothschild-owned Five Arrows Leasing Group.

Since Mill’s departure State has been run by Jeremy Guilfoyle,
State’s legal director, James Sampson and John Luff of Five
Arrows.

Barry Hutchings, who was appointed sales and marketing director
of State on July 20, has stepped into Bullard’s previous role.

It is believed that Bullard is looking for a new job within the
UK leasing sector.
