UniCredit Leasing, the leasing branch of UniCredit Group, has undergone a restructuring which sees each national section becoming a separate entity.
Following the change, the national leasing arms of UniCredit now report directly to the respective country’s UniCredit Group division.

As a result of the restructuring, former UniCredit Leasing chief executive and current Leaseurope chairman Massimiliano Moi has been replaced by Corrado Piazzalunga as chief executive of Unicredit Leasing Italy.
Piazzalunga, appointed in July, joined the Group in 1987 and was most recently in charge of the Rome and Central area of UniCredit’s commercial banking division. He will now report to the Italian bank’s chairman Gabriele Piccini.
UniCredit Leasing said Moi, who has moved to another role within UniCredit Group, will remain chairman of Leaseurope until at least the organisation’s annual meeting in October, which he will chair.
