Societe Generale Equipment Finance (SGEF) has
appointed Marie-Christine Ducholet as chief executive officer.

Ducholet replaces Jean-Marc Mignerey as head
of the French bank’s leasing division following his retirement
which was announced this summer.

Ducholet, a member of Societe Generale’s
Specialised Financial Services and Insurance Management Committee,
has held several roles within the group’s structured finance unit
since she joined the bank in 1985.

Her most recent role was co-head of strategic
and acquisition finance worldwide, a position she took in 2008.

Mignerey, who has held the top job since SGEF
was created in 2001, will remain as a member of division’s board of
directors.
