Lombard has appointed Michelle Hutchison to its executive committee board as human resources business partner.
Hutchison joined Lombard from Howden Broking Group, where she was HR manager, and has 13 years of HR experience working across different sectors.

She will report to Emma Burns, head of HR for the Customer Solutions Group (CSG) within the Corporate Banking Division of parent group Royal Bank of Scotland.
