According to Pillsbury, the new partners’ experience in English law and international finance will help strengthen the firm’s Transportation Finance team.

Mark Lessard, co-leader of Pillsbury’s Transportation Finance team, said the firm’s clients had been asking for a team to be established in London for some time, and added: "Our client list is global and aviation capital knows few boundaries."

Tyler will bring more than 20 years’ experience in structured asset finance and leasing to the role, gained representing clients across both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving assets ranging from corporate and commercial aircraft, to ships, rolling stock, yellow goods and other moveable equipment.

While forging her background in asset finance and leasing for the aviation industry, Erni has also acted on behalf of some of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies, banks and airlines.

James Rishwain Junior, Pillsbury’s chair, said: "Graham, Debra and their team fit squarely into our strategy of expanding our market-leading finance offerings to meet the needs of our clients worldwide."
