UK asset finance software provider Field Solutions will now operate under the name of its parent company, Cassiopae.
Effective immediately, the company logo, website and other materials will reflect the Cassiopae identity.

Cassiopae, the multi-national finance and asset management company, acquired Field Solutions in September 2011 for an undisclosed amount. At the time, Emmanuel Gillet, president of the company, said the work of Field Solutions with the UK broker sector could be applied to other markets.
Since the acquisition, three members of Field Solutions have been appointed to management positions within Cassiopae, which also acquired contract hire software supplier Motivity Solutions Limited in February.
