The tool allows office equipment dealers to perform automated meter and payment transfers, using the ECi e-automate software platform.

Bob Hunter, senior vice president US sales office technology at DLL, said that it is a way to increase the speed and ease of doing business between DLL and its customers.
"With Express Connect, our dealers no longer have to manually apply receivables — eliminating a great amount of administrative burden related to service and usage of the assets. And the end user/customer benefits from a more efficient billing process at the same time," Hunter said.
