Commercial law firm Addleshaw Goddard has
promoted Rebecca Williams to partner to strengthen its asset
finance practice.

Williams has been with the firm for seven
years and has gained experience advising a variety of clients on
domestic and cross-border asset finance work covering a broad range
of asset types and finance products.

As partner, Williams will lead the mainstream
asset finance team alongside Andrew Maskill, and specialise in
energy, plant and machinery and commercial vehicle finance
transactions.

Sally Butt, asset finance partner, said:
“Rebecca is a pivotal member of the team and we are pleased to
welcome her to the partnership. Her new role strengthens the
expanding team further and enhances both our practice area and the
business as a whole.”

In an exclusive interview, Rebecca
Williams discuses the future of renewables finance in May’s

Leasing Life.
