The German division of Société Générale Equipment Finance (SGEF) has implemented Cassiopae’s V4 software to replace its two-decades old KB-Online technology.
SGEF staff were given training in the system before all new business and aftersales services were switched to Cassiopae IV, and finally the company’s existing business portfolio was moved across.

Michael Quint, chief information officer for SGEF, said: "Thanks to the individual engagement and substantial commitment of all involved parties and team members we were able to realize this very complex and sensitive change successfully. We are close to the end of the project and at the beginning of the intended lifecycle of use, so we continuously count on Cassiopae’s expertise and quality in order to serve the various business demands and to meet expectations."
