UK leasing firm Lombard has made five
appointments to its transaction support division for Large
Corporate & Specialist Finance business.
The positions are in the RBS-owned company’s
middle office function and include Adam Tait, who joins as head of
the Specialist In-Life team which incorporates Unit Stocking,
Helicopters and Solar, and Karen Mouatt, who joins as Unit Stocking
team manager.

The three remaining appointments are to the
Transaction Execution team which handles the legal structuring of
finance deals.
Gerry King has been appointed Transactional
Structuring and Documentation team manager, Stephen Lee senior
manager of Transaction Execution and Jonathan Marchant Facility
Agency and Security trustee manager. All three will report to Peter
Turner, head of Transaction Execution.
