Amstel Lease rolls out new Aia ITP Document Platform

Dutch lessor Amstel Lease has deployed Aia Softwares ITP Document Platform system to complement its existing SAP Leasing software, in a move intended to streamline invoice document generation. The Aia ITP Server draws data from Amstels Oracle database in an automated overnight process, meaning that Amstel Lease employees can now start their day with a pre-printed stack of invoices ready to be processed.

Slovakian Raiffeisen subsidiary sees profits plunge, predicts difficult quarter ahead

Tatra-Leasing, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Group-owned Tatra Bank in Slovakia, saw 2008s year end profits down 29.9 percent year-on-year, despite a 12.2 percent rise in new business to reach a value of 332.6 million. Credit scoring behind Parfip’s business growth with Risc Group

Belgian small-ticket leasing network Parfip Lease has recently expanded the scale of its vendor partnership with French information system security provider Risc Group on the back of the lessors web-based credit scoring system. Parfip, which is active in 11 countries, first signed a partnership with Risc for the financing of its core equipment and services including data safety programs, network and telecommunication operators, virus scans and firewall programs back in 2001

VB Leasing profits collapse in Slovakia on back of road freight slump

Estonian arrears up 15% over April

According to the latest figures from the Bank of Estonia, bad debts are soaring in the Baltic states financial services sector, with leasing taking the heaviest part of the burden. According to the Bank, year-on-year growth in Estonias loan and leasing portfolio slowed to just 0.7 percent in April, and lending volume fell 0.6 percent compared to the previous month.
